By booking or using services provided by Melbourne Chauffeurs, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Bookings:

• All bookings must be confirmed with accurate details including pickup time, location, and passenger information.

• Last-minute bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

Payments:

• Payment must be made at the time of booking unless prior arrangements are approved.

• We accept major credit cards and other methods as listed on our website.

• Prices are subject to change based on distance, waiting time, and additional requests.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled trip may receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Service Use:

• Passengers must not engage in illegal activities during the ride.

• Smoking, excessive drinking, and carrying hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

• Seat belts must be worn at all times as required by law.

Delays:

• While we strive for punctuality, Melbourne Chauffeurs is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Liability:

• The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

• Liability is limited to the cost of the booking.

Passenger Conduct:

• Rude, abusive, or threatening behavior towards drivers will not be tolerated.

• Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if a passenger poses a risk to safety.

Amendments:

• Any changes to bookings must be communicated and confirmed with our office in advance.

Governing Law:

By using Melbourne Chauffeurs services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
